If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake, Cleeka will arrange with courier to collect the incorrect product and ensure that the correct product is delivered to you as soon as possible, free of charge. When you notice that the product delivered to you is incorrect, please do not try it on or use the product. You must return the product in its original packaging, with tags and labels attached to it.
In case you receive a damaged product or unfitting for the intended purpose, you will be required to send photos of the damaged product and collection will be arranged with our courier partner for inspection. If found damaged indeed, you will be fully refunded or have the product replaced with another one.
If the product is found not to be damaged and is actually fitting and commercially acceptable, you will be responsible for all costs incurred in delivering the product to you again, instead.
If you are not satisfied or not happy with the product, you can contact Cleeka to log a return. The product must be in a sellable condition – its original packaging, with tags and labels attached to it. If the product is found commercially acceptable upon inspection the customer will be fully refunded. However the customer will be fully liable for the costs of collecting the product for returns.
All returns must be logged within 7 days from the day of purchase.
