Delivery Policy


We deliver to Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The applicable delivery fee will be disclosed to you during checkout.
Delivery within Local Markets takes 2-3 working days, and in Cross-Border Markets 5-7 working days. Delivery will take place during working hours, no deliveries will be made after hours, on Sundays and on public holidays. Regrettably, the facility to indicate a preferred date and time for delivery is currently unavailable, as well as collection facility.

Customers will be prompted to put an address where they want their orders delivered, during checkout. Based on this information – address and postal code, the relevant delivery fee will be disclosed to you and by placing your order you confirm to the delivery charge. The order will be delivered to the indicated address that is specified in your order details. Our courier partner will make two attempts to deliver the order to your specified address, if delivery fails in all two attempts, it will be returned to us and the customer will have to contact us to arrange another delivery at an additional delivery fee. If the arrangement fails the customer will be credited with Cleeka credit into their Cleeka Account or a full refund using the method of payment.  Please, be advised the delivery fee will not be reimbursed, as the courier will have attempted delivery on two occasions.

Cleeka reserves the right to extend the delivery time in times of high volumes, such as Sales and Black Friday. In such times customers will be notified of the delay in delivery times before completing their orders.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of goods ordered as well as the country of delivery. The relevant delivery fee will be disclosed to you when checking out and can whether or not to accept the fee by placing your order or not.
